Spanish River Park
Spanish River Park is Boca Raton's beach-and-picnic park: about 95 acres between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal, with a guarded Blue Flag beach reached through tunnels under A1A, a dog beach, ten reservable pavilions under banyans and sea grape, a nature trail and a quiet lagoon.
Beach on one side, shade on the other
Park on the west side of A1A among the picnic groves, then walk through a tunnel to the ocean. Spend the morning on the sand and the afternoon at a pavilion, on the trail or by the lagoon.
